The Rardins and the Balzans raise Heritage Breed Beef that is nutrient dense, dark red, and full of amazing Wyoming-raised flavor with that characteristic yellow grass-fed fat that creates a lean, yet mouth-watering product you will crave for dinner multiple nights a week!
You won't have to feel guilty about consuming beef from Taste of the Wind! All beef sold through our farm is born, raised and processed in southeast Wyoming (a radius of 75 miles). Most beef at grocery stores has travelled at least 2000 miles before it gets to the grocery store shelf.
