It's finally time to claim your LAMB SHARES for 2026!

Our Grass-Fed Grass-Finished Wyoming-Raised-Icelandic lamb has wowed our customers since 2019. Icelandic lamb is known for turning lamb-haters into lamb-lovers due to it's mild and smooth, yet rich and buttery flavor and tenderness.

This year is sure to be our best yet, as our flock will have grazed up on the lush, national forest for the 4 months prior to harvest season.

Get ready for some seriously-delicious, Wyoming-born-and-grazed lamb!

We will help you select the perfect cuts to ensure maximum enjoyment of your purchase.

Pricing:

Lamb will be ready from September through late October of this year. I am taking deposits of $400 for whole lambs and $250 for half lambs. This purchases the meat. The processing fee will be due when your meat is picked up or delivered.


Choose from two options for Taste of the Wind Lamb this year

 

Option #1: USDA Harvest at Atlas Meats in Fort Collins, CO

Lamb cuts processed at the USDA Plant will be vac-packed in plastic.

Custom lamb processing is $150 for a whole lamb and $85 for a half-lamb. Prices are subject to change per Atlas Meat Company policies. For more info please visit: https://atlasmeat.net/services.html

Total processing costs will be due to Atlas Meat Co when lamb is ready for pickup at the butcher.

 

Option #2: Self-Harvest: Purchase the lamb live, then come harvest your own lamb on the ranch just north of Laramie this Fall!

Self-harvest is free of charge and will not require any further payment on harvest day.

If you would like to split a lamb, bring a friend to your harvest day!


If you will be processing your lamb yourself, I will email you with a list of materials to bring and some tips for success. We are happy to help accommodate halal requirements upon request with this arrangement.

All options come with soup bones, tallow, and organ meats if you would like them.

Sheep Hide and Head are NOT included in this package. If you would like to take home your animals raw hide and/or skull you will need to pay an additional $50 each ($50 per raw hide and $50 per raw skull).
